As a Project Manager you will manage and coordinate retail store fit-outs, retail store renovations, and retail / office relocation projects across the retail portfolio .As well as Al Futtaim Retail Divisional Office, delivering the highest possible standards by adhering to cost and time efficiency Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following: * Conduct and communicate the initial photographic and dimensional site surveys of new / existing sites as per project requirements * Coordinate and manage all internal Al Futtaim service providers and third service providers' involvement in retail project executions, such as Tennant -Coordinators, Civil & MEP Contractors, Brand Management Teams etc. * Coordinate tender documentation from Architects / Designers, tender pack out and conduct tender reviews with recommendations * Coordinate and manage Legal Contracts with third party service providers as well as with Al Futtaim Legal Department. * Ensure accurate financial management during project implementation * Ensure all project based administrative work is completed timely * Involve and Train Brand Visual Managers on related issues and processes during new store projects * Maintain a high understanding and knowledge with regards to the market conditions / trends in the field of Retail Fit Out Projects * Ensure onsite Health and Safety Standards * Coordinate and deliver As-Built Drawings & Operational Manuals post Opening * Consolidate Project information on project completion into Post Implementation Pack * React by coordinating Store Operational team's maintenance issues & requirements during the liability period About you To be a successful candidate for this role, you should demonstrate the following experience, qualifications and skills: * Bachelor degree in Engineering. * Minimum of three years in a similar role. * Constant communication with various stakeholders as well as third parties, a strong level of negotiation and command is required.  Your planning and organizing skills will be second to none as well as your ability to use your creative eye when it comes to planning and design process. * Behavioral Competencies: Pro-active, Professional, Methodical, Organized, and Motivated.

The role will be responsible for setting up strategic marketing plans, in addition to developing, implementing and preserving marketing strategies to achieve the company's objectives. About You Candidates applying to this position will have a degree in Business Management or in a related discipline. In addition, preferably a post degree qualification, with a specialisation in Marketing or Mass Communication. At least 6 years of working experience in Marketing. Previous Media Relations and Retail experience is a plus. Strong exposure to Media Sources is essential for this position.
