Al Jabr Trading Co., is one among the largest private companies in the eastern province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The three brothers Abdul Aziz, Mohammed and Abdul Latif following the professional guidance and examples set by their father, established their first private company in Al Hassa region in 1952. This small company had then begun its journey into commercial world starting with an investment into foodstuffs. In 1956, a branch was opened in Al Khobar city with their first international activity. Foodstuff was imported from Thailand, Pakistan, Italy and USA, textiles from India, construction material from Europe and the far east automobiles and home appliances from Japan. All the products were destined for the domestic market.
