    1. تلقي الاتصالات لطلبات الصيانة من الجهات الاساسية المستفيدة على مدار الساعة. 2. تنظيم و توزيع العاملين في قسم الصيانة وإصدار التعليمات والتوجيهات وتحديد المهام لهم حسب الطلبات و تنظيم كل ما يتعلق منهم ( اجازات , سكن , و أي احتياجات )3. التأكد من أصلاح و أتمام العمليات و أستكمال إستمارة العمل و المبالغ المدفوعة أن وجدت و تكون موقعه من المسؤول في الموقع (المستفيد). 4. التخطيط للأعمال الدورية في المواقع وتوزيع الأعمال على فريق الصيانة الداخلي أو الخارجي (المتعاقدين) .5. الأشراف على عقود الصيانة السنوية للأجهزة و المولدات و المصاعد و التمديدات والبنى التحتية اللازمة في المواقع
