    Ensure Active plant formulations are available and used at the Manufacturing Site Ensure that the formulations held in JDE and the plant ERP system replicate the active plant formulations Maintain and Improve various certifications like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ensure that Country specific requirements and BP Quality Manual requirements are mapped in the QMS Documentation. Ensure all incoming Raw materials, Packaging material and finished products are tested as per established procedures. Ensure Data integrity and Traceability is maintained at all stages of data generation and reporting. Responsible for Preparing and Implementing Calibration and Maintenance Schedules for all Laboratory Equipment’s Responsible for preparing Training calendars for chemists and Lab attendants. Assist Laboratory manager to prepare CAPEX and REVEX for laboratory Provide support during RCA’s and follow-up with plants/Suppliers for action closures Conduct Internal quality audits in Laboratory as per Audit schedule.
