    ALKHORAYEF GROUP was established in 1957 by late Sheikh Abdullah Ibrahim Alkhorayef to serve the water and agricultural market by representing top brand products of water pumps, irrigation machinery systems, and well drilling equipment.

    • Design, develop and implement and embed a Corporate Performance Management Framework.• Help and support Alkhorayef Group Management and Head of Subsidiaries to set company objectives • Assist and help Alkhorayef Head of Subsidiaries to cascade the company objectives to the Head of Departments and translate it to KPI’s• Monitor Alkhorayef Subsidiaries and departments performance progress on regular basis• Design and implement 360º Feedback Evaluation.• Recommend improvements HR policies, and direct the implementation of procedures.• Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for Talent Management• Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
