Al-Salem United Contracting Co. (KSA) 50% Company Objectives: Our Company provides total integrated solution of Building Management system including (JCI) BMS Controls & field devices as well as Air-conditioning Services & Maintenance of all HVAC equipment & related original Spare parts Expertise & Engineers: Our Company (ASYS) has around 450 highly qualified Western, Middle Eastern and Far Eastern Engineers & Technicians to provide service & help to all its customers through our 10 branches & offices in KSA. Many of our Engineers have been trained in our factories in USA & Europe Our Activities: Air-conditioning: - Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of old or new construction projects. - Maintenance Contracts for HVAC Projects & Equipment - Installation & Replacement of old Chillers - Supply of Original Spare parts (USA) - Chillers & Compressors Overhauls - Turn key Electromechanical Contracting - Air & Water treatment, Energy saving. BMS – Controls: - Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of old or new construction projects of Johnson Controls BMS System Solution with related Software & Field devices. - Service & Maintenance Contracts - Spare parts & Field Devices.
