Albab Real Estate Company was established in 1997 with the purpose of buying, developing, building, renting and operating / managing modern, western style apartment / offices / shops complexes . In addition to its main operation of apartments rental, the company is directly involved in the over all, day to day property supervision and customer satisfaction follow up, such as building maintenance, clients complaints & requirements, renovations, etc.... Currently, the company owns a portfolio of various apartment building complexes in Kuwait's prime locations, located along the sandy beaches of the beautiful Salmia area, as well as Kuwait City, Sharq, and Dasman Area. They range from studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments, (furnished or unfurnished). All buildings come with swimming pools, cable satellite & gymnasiums. Full security is provided in all our apartment buildings. The project division of the company dealing specifically with new potential real estate development opportunities. Albab Real Estate is a strong player within the residential sector of the greater Kuwaiti market . The company is very selective in the acquisition of assets.
