    • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.• Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.• Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.• Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.• Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.• Collect and compile statistical quality data.• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.• Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.• Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.• Responsible for document management systems. Knowledge • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA.• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.• Good knowledge on ASTM standards, SASO Standards and SBC.• Knowledge about ISO9001 certification.• Knowledge about Primavera and AutoCAD. Experience • Minimum 10 Years. • Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.• Organize quality department with the team. • Could be able to check the design in all the fields, Structure, Electricity, Architecture, Fire safety, Plumbing/HVAC.• Knowledge how to qualify suppliers of products and suppliers of services in the construction field.• Knows how to check to compliancy of the work at site.

    Job Purpose: Overseeing Project overall progress and preparing. Updating and monitoring progress status along with allocated resources & budget. Preparing Earned value reports highlighting current and future project cost. Performance according to project spending patterns and developing corrective and preventive action plans. Responsibilities: Preparing Earned value reports highlightingIncurred costs against Income. Preparing material consumption reports forproject zones, preparing manpowerproduction and evaluation reports,calculating applied man hours and OT,incorporating SC payments, calculatingindirect costs, incorporating incomepayment certificates and calculating EV, PV,AC, CV, CPI & SPI. Forecasting cost performance according to project spending patterns. Preparing forecast reports and calculatingBAC, EAC & ETC clarifying the impact ofcurrent CPI and SPI if sound to be typical forfuture activities OR calculating TCPI forfuture activities if current CPI and SPI soundto be atypical. Overseeing Project overall progress and preparing Project Progress Reports. Performing regular site visits for projectfacilities and preparing photo gallery reporthighlighting project progress and workobstructions. Preparing list of recommendations andcorrective actions as well as agreed uponrecovery plans.   Developing recovery plans for delayed activities Coordination and follow-up among project involved bodies to integrate allthe efforts towards project appropriateclosure. Evaluating the cost and commented for not correct item Providing cost structure.Desired Skills
