    Responsible for selling new vehicles. Liable to develop and increase sales of the company, and maintaining Alfardan standards. Ensures the commercial success of AMO in the local market, and the Middle East. 1. Principal Duties and Responsibilities 1.1Sales and Prospecting a) Achieves assigned sales target, monthly, quarterly and yearly b) Analyzes market potential and sales territory c) Plans and carries out prospecting activities for selected target groups by direct mailing, electronic mailing, outdoor visits, and outgoing calls. d) Builds, establishes, and accurately maintains the sales database e) Sells creatively across a broad product portfolio f) Presents, explains and clarifies, all the services provided by the dealership and the company such as the financial services, Insurance, BSI bank offers and promotions so to be offered to the customer g) Has to know the brand values. h) Has to know the product very well in order to sell it and to assist the customer h) By knowing the details of the product the sales person gets to know and believes in the brand values i) Has to keep up with the innovative vehicle features and its technical and optional updates j) Has to know where the product stands among competitors and always ready to answer questions and comparisons. 1.2 Customer orientation a) Carries out customer welcoming, sales negotiation and discussions, analyses requirements and handles trade-in Used Cars. b) Arranges for handover of new cars with maximum customer satisfaction to make the process a positive and unique experience to the customer. c) Handles complaints to the full satisfaction of the customer and the company. d) Develops and provides systematic after-sales customer care in order to create the basis for repeated sales and referrals. 1.3 Customer / Vehicle File a) Maintains the customer / Vehicle file which is a reference record for the vehicle transactions throughout the sales process. b) Handles all documentation related to bank financing, insurance issuance, vehicle registration, traffic department requirement and all customer related documentations. 2. Other Duties and Responsibilities a) Self- updates with sales related information. b) Gathers and updates the information about competitor’s products and to compare them with our dealer’s products c) Works closely with other departments.

    The main responsibility of this role is to proactively promote and selling products and services of DAEWOO trucks. This is achieved by identifying new segments and customers and by developing the existing. Focusing on the customer understanding and transforming their needs into value adding solutions, as well upholding a positive brand image are furthermore key aspects for the role. • Proactive promoting and selling of the full range of DAEWOO products and services in accordance with defined strategies in order to meet agreed sales volumes and targets. • Work in alignment with set sales strategies. • Setting individual sales targets per customer and customer segment. • Keep update with DAEWOO products and services portfolio. • Actively participate in campaigns and customer events, fairs and etc. • Identify sales opportunities where DAEWOO can deliver value to the customer and be profitable by continually monitor competitor and industry activity to develop an in depth understanding of the customer business. • Understand the customer and their business by asking value driven questions. • Identifying the customer needs. • Transforming customer needs to DAEWOO provided solutions, considering the full products and services range. • Present, communicate and negotiate with the customer regarding suggested quote. • Keep updates with other competitors’ product and service portfolios. • Execute professional contact with the existing customers and prospects in order to build, develop and maintain long term business relations. • Define objective for each customer based on the customer list. • Plan, prepare and follow up the customers according to the sales plan. • Contact customers through phone calls, mails and meetings. • Build and maintain the right level of relationships with the customers. • Identify new potential customers on segment basis. • Work actively in contacting potential customers. • Support DAEWOO brand image and values in Qatari market. • Work with a team based approach by cooperating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and ensuring that there is an open and clear communication and information flow. • Communicate agreements internally and externally. • Secure delivery from internal organization and suppliers (body builders / parts). • Ensure a structured way of selling, emphasizing planning and follow up including documentation of accurate customer contact information. • Work in alignment with the DAEWOO sales process, including documentation and follow up. • Structure and plan individual working flow. • Utilize IT and sales tools for a structured sales approach. • Record and report market changes, useful customer information as well as (lost) sales/deviations. • Comply with general market updates, rules and regulations.
