About Cairo Amman Bank

Cairo Amman Bank is a public shareholding company established in 1960 as a commercial bank with a capital of JOD30 million with plans to increase it to JOD45 million. With 48 branches, three customer services centers and 63 ATMs in Jordan, as well as 19 branches in Palestine, Cairo Amman Bank is the largest retail bank in Jordan. The bank’s net profit in 2004 was JOD12 million and is considered to be the fourth bank in Jordan and the second in Palestine . Cairo Amman Bank offers a number of banking services to its customers including different types of accounts and loans. The Bank focuses on the development of its employees to improve their competencies and skills allowing them to improve and develop their performance and thus their careers. This includes making various training courses available to employees at all levels of the organization in addition to extensive on-the-job rotation. Opportunities for advancement within the organization are also made available to all employees as part of their career development plans.
