My company is a telecommunication company & has about 14 branches in egypt.7 of them are apex and the other 7 are phono shops. I am working at the head office as ass. office manager. At the begining Iworked as customer service then i promoted.I've been there for two years from 1/4/2002 till now. I responsible for all the secrtiral work: faxes in / out. filling system sending & recieving phone calls. Also I responsible for the salary sheet & the employees' vacations & excuses. Responsible for handling all the c.v.s'. Organize all my manager appiontement. when I was working in the customer service dep. I was responsible for the moga lines activation. Also I was working as a data entery. Handle customer problems with the maintance company.
