The company is made up of different business units: Retail, Wholesale, Direct Distribution, Service provider, and Value-added Services. Additionally, Axiom has a dedicated call center manned by trained and quality customer service advisors who attend calls from all its retail divisions, provide expert technical support, and offer customers their assistance in day-to-day queries. Axiom’s mobile solutions division offers value-added services including Mobile Payments, Mobile Banking, Mobile Marketing, and SMS2TV services directly to consumers and enterprise customers.
