    The Traditional Trade Sales Supervisor is responsible for achieving the sales targets for his / her region through managing a team of route sales representatives; he / she is also responsible for ensuring customers satisfaction and identifying improvement opportunities to develop the region. Cooperate with the Sales Manager during the preparation of Almaza Brewery sales strategy in assigned region. Achieve set quantitative and qualitative targets (merchandising standards). Perform market analysis and make suggestions accordingly in order to face current situation and to improve sales. Solve customers´ complaints by coordinating with Sales Representatives and informing the Sales Manager when necessary. Ensure that sales representatives are properly completing reports, customer cards, or other administrative tasks. Evaluate the team’s results regularly (on quarterly base). Take feedback from the market and identify opportunities for improvement
