About Catalyst Group Catalyst Group (“Catalyst”) is a Jeddah-based company established to build, launch and manage real estate sector businesses and projects. Catalyst was founded in 2009 and is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (“ICD”), the private sector arm of the Islamic Development Bank Group (“IDBG”). Since then, the Company has since been engaged by leading private sector institutions and governments to develop real estate financial platforms and oversee large scale real estate development projects. Our business is split into two distinct yet complementary service lines Financial Platforms & Real Estate Development Services (“REDS”) Financial Platforms (FP) Financial Platforms is focused on delivering bespoke advisory services to and for financial instructions. Its core activity includes the development of non-banking financial institutions. In addition, the company assists fund managers and authorized persons conceive, structure and execute funds related to real estate, financial institutions and SME sectors Real Estate Development Services (REDS) Real Estate Development Services takes a project from its conception and shepherds it through its financial and material creation through to its sale and after sale maintenance REDS capabilities encompass the full life-cycle of real estate development, whereby our experts act as trusted client representatives and or the Development Manager across all stages of the project
