    Corys Building Materials is a holding company based in Dubai, UAE, which manages three leading regional construction and building materials businesses: Hepworth, Corys Build Centre and Corys Geosynthetics. CBM is a subsidiary of Green Coast Enterprises, a Dubai-based private industrial and investment group owned by the Abdul Ghaffar Hussain family.
    Hepworth manufactures and markets integrated piping systems to the civil and building construction sectors. This business was established over 40 years ago in Dubai and now manufactures pipes and fittings in three locations in the UAE and one location in Qatar. In addition, it trades through operating companies in Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia and exports throughout the MENA region.
    Corys Build Centre is a retail business that supplies pipes, fittings and complementary construction products to contractors and maintenance companies. Retail outlets can be found in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Doha, Manama and Muscat.
    Corys Geosynthetics manufactures geomembranes in Dubai and trades regionally in related products including geotextiles.

    - Prepare monthly close data, journal entries, account reconciliations, and plant cost summaries; analyze plant operating results, interpret results and recommend a plan of action to improve the accounting process. - System analysis and management for required costing inputs from system - Reviews, analyses and updates standard costs, product margins and cost variances - On-going verification of Bill of Material - Oversee manufacturing reporting processes to support and ensure timely reporting for the monthly close. - Schedules and carries out month end inventories, values the same, checks and reports discrepancies.  - Performs inventory control on a daily basis, including receiving procedures for quality, quantity.  - Checks slow moving items and report them. - Preparation and analysis of key management reports (cost of sales, inventory transactions, standard cost variances, product contribution analysis). - Scrutiny of Accounts - Special Projects – Work on special projects as directed by Finance and operations. Projects will generally focus on creation and maintenance of internal control structure, continuous process improvement and efficient and effective operation of all financial activities.

    - Strategically plan and manage warehouse. - Direct, coordinate and control all warehousing activities. - Plan, organize and optimize warehouse overall operations. - Monitor all inbound and outbound inventory movement. - Proper documentation of inventory movements. - Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met. - Coordinate delivery according to business needs. - Track inventory movement and variances to ensure no inconsistency. - Monitor and control warehouse operations expenses. - Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are adhered in accordance with company policies. - Ability to prepare warehouse cost budgets & managing aging stocks cost. - Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management team. - Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce. - Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
