About Cox & Kings

The Cox & Kings Group is the longest established travel company in the world. Founded in 1758, it is today one of the leading tour operators focusing on the premium end of the market. The Group’s operations are widespread with its key operations in India, UK, USA and Japan and is in the process of starting operations in Dubai, UAE. Its distinguished history began in 1758 as Cox & Co. when it was appointed as general agents to the British regiments of Foot Guards in India. By 1912, Cox & Co. was agent to most British regiments including the Royal Air Force. By the turn of the twentieth century, Cox & Co. merged with Henry S. King banking concern in 1922 to emerge as Cox & Kings brand. In 1947, the British administration departed, but bound by strong ties to India, C&K stayed on and flourished. Under the current management's leadership, the group has enjoyed several years of significant growth while refocusing strategy on travel and tour operations. Over the years, the Group has strengthened the Cox & Kings brand, catering to the needs and aspirations of individuals and corporates.
