Morpho, formerly known as Sagem Sécurité, and the Privatization Services Group of the Ministry of Interior formed in May 2010 a Joint Venture company named Electronic Identity Management and Security Solution - EIMASS whose objective and mission is to provide identity and security solutions based on Morpho technologies, skills and expertise. Eimass business goal is to issue the UAE national ID card to all residents with a valid residence permit within 3 years of this project going into operation.
