    Esol Education is an educational services company specialized in the establishment and management of international schools. Esol Education owns and/or operates 9 international schools (6 of which are accredited American curriculum schools) catering to over 10,000 students, including three in Dubai, one in Abu Dhabi, three in Cairo, one in Cyprus, and one in Lebanon. Six of our campuses, in the UAE and Cairo, were green-field projects where we established and operate leading international schools with excellent student outcomes.

    Given the growth of the organization and our aspirations to continue to expand by adding students to our existing schools and to establish new schools, we are seeking a CFO who would be part of the executive team based in Dubai and play several key roles in driving Esol’s continued success. This will include both managing and improving financial operations and processes, validating feasibility/viability of growth opportunities, and securing external financing for new projects. The CFO will also play an integral role in developing the strategic plan for the business.

    The ideal candidate will be a team player who has a background in an educational or schoolsetting and can liaise with the teaching and administrative staff. Must have had strong experience in developing and maintaining large scale multi-platform web-based applications(portals, websites, integration with other in-house student management systems) Required Skills: Functional Strong large scale web-based application development and support background;experience with multiple cross development platforms. Project Management (planning scheduling and coordinating till completion), applicationintegration experience required. Develop project implementation plans and gather user requirements and specificationsfor application integration and development. Applied experience with implementing and supporting student management applications/timetabling software. Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written). Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with end users, peers and senior management in a timely mannerand develop action plans for follow-up and completion of the task. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and be a strong team player. Stay informed of the latest application development technology and other related technologies and advice senior management of the trends. Maintain a customer service oriented attitude, to get the task accomplished in a timely manner.
