Present Employment · DESIGNATION : Accountant & Purchaser in Vehicle Spare Parts · COMPANY : ETA Zenath Group of Companies - Dubai, UAE · DURATION : From Mar ’08 Onwards · NATURE OF WORK : Maintaining Daily job cards for repairing vehicle’s, Making LPO’s for Material purchasing & Booking Invoices, Maintaining Workers Time Cards. Ø Maintaining Create Job Cards & Issuing materials in SAP program. Ø Co-ordination of Purchase Spare Parts for Repairing Vehicles. Ø Co-ordination of material management & Store Stock. Ø Co-ordination with manpower & work allocation in Site Ø Handling Petty Cash. In the beginning I was joined as a proof reader and later I was promoted to QA Team Leader. Now I am doing all spares purchasing, handling petty cash, following daily job cards & Accounts Department.
