FFA Real Estate, a member of FFA Private Bank Group, a Lebanese leader in private banking and investment banking services. FFA Real Estate started its operation as a division of FFA Private Bank in 2005 and has become a fully integrated real estate development company in 2008 with a diverse range of activities including Development Management, Finance, and Investment Management & Advisory. We combine firsthand knowledge of markets with our in-house experienced team having the necessary specialized skills that span the entire real estate development process from inception to exit. Our expertise is reflected in the diverse projects we are currently undertaking and those we have developed so far. FFA Real Estate portfolio in Lebanon includes several major projects including high-end residential buildings with retail spaces in the Beirut Central District, a mixed-use complex of six buildings in Badaro area-Beirut, a boutique land development that spreads over 120,000sqm in the highlands of Naas-Bickfaya region valued for its therapeutic natural spring, breathtaking scenery of pine trees, and an exclusive gated community in the heart of Kfardebian mountains that stretches over an area of over 1,000,000 sqm to include a golf country club and creation of village center. Moreover, we have recently expanded our services internationally whereby in 2011, we have completed our first property acquisition in Berlin, Germany of a mixed use light industrial office park.
