FOX International Channels (FIC) is News Corporation’s international multi-media business. We develop, produce and distribute 183 wholly- and majority-owned pay-TV channels across Latin America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, in 35 languages. These networks and their related mobile, non-linear and high-definition extensions, reach over 300 million unique (875 million cumulative) subscribing households worldwide. FIC’s presence in the Middle East and North Africa has seen considerable growth over the past two years. The recent launch of three regional, free-to-air channels (FOX Movies, FOX and National Geographic Channel) combined with the 2009 merger between FIC and STAR, has helped catapult FIC to powerhouse stature.
