We are an international authorised Nokia VAR (Value Added Reseller) based in Kuwait are looking to recruit well-qualified HR Manager with minimum of 5 years of experience. It involves assessing, developing and implementing all HR requirements, and to provide all necessary HR tools for the projects and departments. The responsibilities will include: 1. Recruitment process such as selection of candidates, interviews, compensation, benefits, and staff orientation. 2. Create a systematic compensation packages for all employees. 3. Assist employees with queries related to personnel. 4. To develop, communicate, and implement performance evaluation tools, methods and formats. 5. Develop improved policies and procedures, process changes; better methods and ways to get work done. 6. Maintain an up-to-date HR Policy and Procedure manual and Employee Handbook. 7. Create and maintain Job Description for all the employees. 8. Knowledge of local employment and HR laws and legal requirements. Having a university degree in HR management or related field. Having strong problem solving, interpersonal and management skills. Good English communication skills and computer skills.
