The founders of G Hospitality have more than 50 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. A Choice of dining options have been selected to provide our clientèle with alternatives satisfying their every desire. G Hospitality owns and operates four successful concepts – TOMO, a Japanese restaurant in the Raffles Hotel featuring the renowned Chef Takashi; Al Mandaloun, a Lebanese restaurant in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC); the famous Entrecote Café de Paris from Geneva, located in both the Dubai Mall & Shangri-La Souk Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi; and Solo Bistronomia & Vino Bar in the Raffles Hotel promoting the authentic Italian cuisine in a unique design and atmosphere. While all four concepts are different in terms of their product offering, our restaurants share a common mission to serve the highest quality food, deliver world-class service, and offer a pleasing environment where our guests can enjoy their dining experience.
