My Company concern in the medicien field, how to improve the Quality, Establishing new hospitals, Job Describtioin: A new innovative Abu Dhabi Government Organization aiming to develop the health care services provided to the local residents of the emirate in hospitals and medical centers with over 300 multinational medical and professional staff. Carrying out all tasks & duties that are related to the position of Housing Officer, Responsibilities: - Receive, review verify and execute housing requests of all employees to ensure accuracy and conformity with policies. - Execute lease agreements in coordination with landlords and maintain a strong positive relationship with employees and landlords in order to ensure a smooth and trouble free housing process. - Follow up all complaints and resident concern with respective landlords through out the lease period and ensure the handing over of the leased unit is completed in line with applicable rules and regulations. - develop and maintain all computer records of all housing related issues. Update the records and provide necessary housing reports periodically. - Participate in the establishment of the corporate housing policy and procedures and in all related meetings and workshops. - Prepare all housing department internal and external correspondences in both Arabic and English. - Appointed the assignment of the Authority Housing Officer to over see the housing issues in Corniche Hospital. Receive, verify and analyze the hospital housing reports. - Negotiate rent and terms of lease agreement with landlord. Conduct building inspection to proposed housing facilities ,prepare building evaluation report, furniture specification and overall cost study accordingly. - Propose and recommend alternate resolutions to hospital housing problems in order to enhance the living condition of staff. - Perform other similar duties as and when assigned by the Manager, General services Department.
