GULF PRECAST is one of the leading manufacturers of Precast concrete, Prestressed components, Hollowcore Slabs, GRC and GRP products in the UAE. We offer our wide expertise in the field of architectural and structural detailing, mould making, manufacturing, erecting, fixing and sealing all types of Precast concrete elements. GULF PRECAST industrial complexes consist of two manufacturing plants; Established in Mussafah area since 1983, our Abu Dhabi Factory covers an area of 45,000 M2. It contains several modern equipped workshops for steel structures, carpentry, GRC and GRP works, a steel yard, a production area for Precast concrete, 3 batching plants and 7 Prestressing lanes. We are currently equipping our brand new Dubai Factory, located in Dubai Investment Park on a total area of 30,000 M2, with state of the art production infrastructure and equipment. GULF PRECAST offers a complete construction solution, from the architectural and structural detailing produced by our Design Office, to the manufacturing, until the handing over by our erection teams which are operating both inside and outside the United Arab Emirates. GULF PRECAST operation follows strict safety and quality control procedures, that cover the whole process from detailing stage to handing over and maintain the high quality reputation of which we are proud, and for which we have received ISO 9001 certification, as well as Total Quality awards for three years in a row. GULF PRECAST believes that expert Human Resources are the key to both Customer Satisfaction and Quality products. Therefore, our 700 employees, comprising more than 30 engineers are regularly being trained on both innovation techniques and quality issues.
