    • Responsible for the security systems’ installation and maintenance at client site and ensure they meet the overall client expectations and are in line with set standards of Hemaya. • Perform the security system installations (commissioning, termination and connections) meet the client’s requirements, set standards of Hemaya and system design drawings. • Conduct testing on the installed security systems to ensure that they are functioning as per the requirements and specification of the clients. • Perform regular maintenance checks on the security systems to prevent any possible malfunctioning. • Respond to client maintenance requests and repair/replace equipment as and when needed in order to keep systems in working order. • Coordinate with clients and System Engineer to detect and repair security systems as and when required. • Prepared periodic reports on the completed security system installations, commissioning and maintenance activities. • Provide guidance and support the Installer – System Engineering with the work related activities. • Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix. • This covers the key responsibilities to be performed, but is not all inclusive.     Responsible for proactively soliciting and executing specialized solutions sales and coordinate specialized solutions sales activities by receiving, capturing and processing sales orders while coordinating with the Technical Services Division. Support the Sales Manager in the preparation of the annual Sales Plan for Hemaya that is in line with its overall objectives. Coordinate with the Respective Department on the required proposals to be submitted to the client and assist them in the execution of the sales process. Establish contacts with new clients and explain the various solutions and services offered by the Hemaya. Maintain client relations and contact with potential / existing clients within various markets and keep abreast of developments within the client organizations in terms of development of their facilities and services where opportunities may arise or exist for providing security services and solutions. Maintain up to date knowledge on the specialized solutions technologies / cash solutions and security solutions available in the industry / market in relation to the product portfolio and its related systems handled. Complete site surveys at client locations and brief the relevant team at Hemaya to enable them to prepare appropriate technical designs and drawings / project plans to assist in the preparation of the proposals. Prepare the commercial proposal in coordination with the relevant team at Hemaya and submit to clients and conduct discussions and negotiations on the proposals submitted. Solicit orders for products and services as available within the product portfolio for Hemaya. Participate in the negotiations with the clients in order to close the sale for Hemaya Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on security services sales pipeline for Hemaya. Compile sales reports and maintain other records for use in generating reports for decision making. Keep track of customer account payment status in liaison with Finance. Suggest and implement process to improve Sales operations. Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix.
