    To deal with all walk-in customers in an efficient & professional manner to satisfy (not all inclusive list): walk in order requirements, product & application queries, pricing enquiries/request for quotation, demonstration & product show, tool repairs data, queries/complaints, stock availability, delivery status To achieve sales objectives by building orders and range selling by utilizing a consultative selling approach to solve customer problems and requirements To take ownership of channel sales and be proactive towards sales opportunities with particular focus on E-Class Impact Zone customers Carry out day to day management of the Hilti Centre ensuring that its goals and objectives are met and that operational standards, company procedures, system, and policies are maintained to the highest level whilst maintaining excellent customer service Manage inventory to maximize customer satisfaction whilst keeping associated costs to a minimum Ensure the Hilti Centre is set up and maintained and all stock is displayed as per CI/CD “retail is detail” criteria To actively manage CCN’s and provide First Contact Solution wherever possible by using CCN value matrix. Follow up open tasks daily to ensure customer satisfaction To take responsibility for Customer Master Data by ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness whilst entering new accounts, ship-to’s and contact details into SAP To take self-responsibility for making sure product knowledge and all related literature is complete and up to date To support field based personnel by providing: on-time, detailed and accurate communication (see communication policy), sales leads gathered from customer contacts, arranging contact/site visits with customers & TS To maintain additional tasks as identified by management, in areas such as: administration (cash collection, delivery notes), proper fulfillment of the reporting of activity/AMS, sales, quality, training & development, cleanliness outside/ inside the showroom. Ensure that Hilti Centre complies with Health and safety regulations.

    Develop integrated campaign strategies and set objectives and KPIs in alignment with marketing plans and roadmaps as well as for customer facing mobile apps Develop plug & play region campaigns with content to support at MO level to fast track HOL results in the region Propose action plans, execute and manage the digital marketing tactics across social media platforms, SEO, HOL and direct email marketing campaigns Develop the annual campaigns nurturing programs and trigger events calendar in order to generate new enquires for HOL and nurture existing customers Propose campaign’s budget to the head of digital marketing unit for review, amendment or approval Conduct online advertising campaigns, perform A/B testing, analyze performance on daily basis and improve the ad’s results based on analytics in order to achieve campaign goals and objectives Oversee effectiveness of data quality, quantity, and hygiene on the CRM system by checking the tool on daily basis, in order to determine and guide change to the Databases if needed Develop and schedule the content for internet marketing, conversation calendars, WCMS pages, and build content libraries Manage the day to day engagement on Social media Execute day to day ORM activities Examine search query behaviors on general or specialty search engines or other Internet-based content in order to improve Hilti’s ranking for non-branding keywords Develop a digital marketing plan and campaigns for recruitment and employer branding to support HR Support with any testing requirements for the website or mobi-site or mobi app Research, analyse and report on regular basis, market and social media trends, in order to ensure adoption of the relevant latest technologies and campaign’s methods Input into process improvement & automation for short term digital campaigns that have a hard sell focus On-going alignment between various stakeholders Input into local digital marketing plans
