The Imperial Group Company was founded in 1972 under the name of Saleh M. Al-Aujairy for Trading & Contracting by a small group of professionals with vast experience in the field of Buildings Construction and its maintenance. Due to the various successful projects carried out by the company with the Government and Private Sectors, the company became classified by the Central Tendering Committee (CTC) in the Fourth Category for Construction works in 1995. In 1998, the Establishment expanded to become a company with a total Capital of KD. 100,000 (USD 322,000). The Commercial name of the company was changed to The Imperial Group for General Trading & Contracting Co. (W.L.L.) in the year 2002. The Imperial Group Co., today has grown and matured into a group of several divisions indulging in other areas of business. A. The Imperial Group for Restaurants & Hotel Supplies B. The Imperial Group for Environmental Pollution Control C. The Building Services Division D. Mediterranean Sea & Gulf for Computer Systems (MGS) E. High-Tech Division F. The Imperial Group Travels & Tourism G. Al Dirah Porterage Contracting Est. H. Imperial Group Insurance This is of course in addition to the existing Construction & Maintenance Division. Each of these divisions is run by professionals with long and recognized experience & knowledge each in their fields.
