The International Water Distribution Company (Tawzea) was founded in the last quarter of 2004 as a joint venture between two Saudi multinational giants, namely, AmiWater (owned by the Saudi Arabia Amiantit Group) and the Saudi Industrial Services Company (Sisco). The company was founded in order to take advantage of the vast experience AmiWater has had in global water management and Sisco’s expertise in the management of city services, to focus on water operations and distributions.
