The company is a well-known, high profile Property Developer with the headquarters in Dubai, and many branches spread out across multiple continents. They currently have a presence in the UAE, UK, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar, Iraq and Saudi Arabia with further global expansion plans under-way. The role will involve relocating to Dubai on a working visa, for which the process will be supported by the company. (For international candidates only). As a Management Member, the role will drive the Sales & Operations Team. To play fundamental role in developing future growth for the company and provide vision, direction and leadership. To ensure that targets are met and value addition propositioning is presented to potential clients in line with the overall objectives and growth plans of the business. With an Entrepreneurial nature the role will be responsible for driving the business forward within highly competitive market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Overall responsibility for leadership of sales & operational activities across regions. Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets. Managing international channel partners. Pro-actively monitoring and striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. Taking responsibility for profit and loss. Face of the organization, present a professional image at all times. Managing the sales team to achieve determined targets. Pro-actively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Directs and supports the consistent implementation of company initiatives Creating the Sales strategy and objectives determining target audience. Determining market trends, competitive analysis to formulate effective strategy and forward plan.
