    Jotun Abu Dhabi LLC has been established for over 20 years in the United Arab Emirates, having its production facility in Emirates of Abu Dhabi and is a highly growing unit of Jotun’s global business networks with ambitious market growth plans for the future. This new position for Jotun Abu Dhabi shall write paints specification in accordance with Jotun guidelines so that Jotun is the preferred paint supplier for all targeted projects. This position shall also be responsible to support the decorative department as needed with all specification strategies, scope and budget. For this challenging position, we are looking for efficient, dynamic, and determined persons who can support the Projects Sales Manager to reach company’s Goals and Objectives. Responsibility: Initiate, develop and track all major projects originating in Decorative, which are strategically important to Jotun and Identify who the major players are (key decision-makers and consultants). Establish purchase criteria, and evaluate Jotun’s chance of success in order to arrive at an effective plan for resource deployment. Gain understanding of major players’ requirements in order to specify the best paints systems commensurate with major players’ functional needs, budget, and purchasing policies. Actively liaise and update the local decorative team on agreed projects/targeted major players’ activities to ensure that Jotun is in position to follow up and secure contracts/projects. Monitor industry and competitor activities by providing market feedback to your immediate manager so that we can formulate effective marketing strategy. Promotion and implementation of new initiatives (new products, concepts, tools, procedures etc) to enhance Jotun’s competitiveness to agreed customers in Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

This new position for Jotun Abu Dhabi shall ensure all Jotun Corporate strategy and guidelines are followed in order to promote Jotafloor coating products. This position shall also be responsible to support the decorative department as needed with all Decorative strategies, scope and budget. For this challenging position, we are looking for efficient, dynamic and determined person with experience in Sales & marketing or similar specialty coatings field that can support the Decorative department to reach company’s goals and objectives. Responsibility:  Promote Single Source Solution (SSS) concept and sell Jotafloor products within allocated geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good customer relationships, obtain market information and follow up projects to ensure Jotafloor products are used and compliment the Decorative and Protective segment to achieve sales budgets of Jotafloor products. Keep customer contact by regular visits, responding to customer inquiries, complaints, technical service requirement on Jotafloor products and services to maintain a good relationship. Conduct site visits for existing projects to meet contractors, consultants, specifies, and applicators and follow up on Jotun application standards, solve technical issues, propose Jotafloor paint solutions, and effectively present/ negotiate technical and commercial aspects of proposals. Conduct Seminar training as needed to promote Jotafloor concept and gets into tenders & Bids specification. Execute projects secured through paint contractors as per Jotun application standards. Coordinate with Distribution Department on general logistics, such as delivery issues to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
