Khleif offered the firm 32 years of experience in the fields of management, accounting and audit, and laid down the foundations for his son Adnan to build up a modern and aggressive firm to meet the needs of a developing market. In June 1990, Khleif & Co. became the representative firm of Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler KPMG, the largest firm of accountants and consultants in the world and upgraded to full membership in 1997.
