    1. Understand the Regional HPO Pricing and Contract management strategies and develop and implement a plan for benefit identification and delivery that will meet or exceed the cost recovery and pricing Effectiveness objectives. 2. Tracks pricing and cost recovery against plan / KPI’s and performs intervention /escalation 3. Delivery of a pricing strategy with clear executive support. 4. Delivery of price support, analysis and enforcement within own country and teams. 5. Creates constructive interaction between the core stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, FICO and Operations) to drive the country activity towards optimum results. 6. Is the single owner of pricing but ensures that all views are considered in developing pricing and cost Recovery for the local market. 7. Accountable for achieving the benefits (savings and value add targets) of the team, implementing the core minimum HPO P&CM standards in a practical and sustainable manner. 8. Ensure that all savings whether made by pricing or full cost recovery is recorded correctly as per assigned timescales. 9. Develop staff through coaching, training and personal development plans to contribute effectively within the business. 10. Measure and report individual performance within the team 11. Work with the Strategic and local marketing and product manager’s teams to understand cost composition and relevant margin recovery requirements. 12. Work with IS / Data & Processes team to ensure that they can effectively monitor compliance to pricing and cost recovery targets. 13. Prioritization of projects within the portfolio where resource is limited 14. Work with internal customers up to RBU head level, to understand their concerns and help mutually work with the to achieve optimum solution for the business. 15. Report progress with the functional area according to global and regional KPI’s.Promote corporate values of the company 16. Ensure staff and suppliers act in accordance with all appropriate safety legislation and guidelines.

    -Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. -Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular review visits. -Visiting potential customers to demonstrate products and gain new markets. -Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; -Contacting clients by phone or visits to negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude sales. -Gathering market and customer information & report back to senior managers. -Negotiating variations in price, credit facility, delivery and specifications with managers. -Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions -Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office -Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements. -Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. -Maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. -Identify and resolve client concerns in coordination with other company departments. -Coordinate sales staff to accomplish the work required to close sales. -Direct responsible for accounts receivables for the customers being handled. -Preparing sales budget based on current customers & market potential and report back to senior management.
