 Responsible for Managing Recruitment, advertisement on different web portals, Contacting the newspapers, job websites for job postings and getting resumes from local job websites data base.  Sorting out of CVs, short listing, prescreening interviews, arrangement of face to face interviews with line managers, and final interviews with directors.  Making job offer to the successful candidates, preparation of individual contracts, getting it signed by both parties, prepare offer letters and initiate joining formalities.  Liaising with all departmental heads about their HR requirement.  Strong liaison with all means to recruitment, to make sure all recruitment needs should be fulfilled on time.  Supervise immigration officer and keep track of visa in process, submission of visa to respective candidates and intimation to respective departments about joining.  Management reporting which includes statistics of different areas related to recruitment & manpower planning and monthly analysis.  Ensure that assigned areas of responsibility are performed within budget, perform cost control activities, prepare annual personnel budget requests and monitor forecasts, ensure affectivity and efficient use of funds, personnel resources, material and facilities.  Conversant with the U.A.E. labour laws and good experience in H.R. Functions.  Responsible for P.R.O. & H.R. Department, Coordinate departmental activities with other departments as needed.  Design Payroll System, Preparation Payroll, salary slip, Distributing salaries, final Settlement, leaves salary and handling H.R. Applications.  Liaising with Accounts Department regarding personnel / payroll transactions.  Good knowledge of Wages Protection System (WPS) • Salary Information File (SIF) Comprises of 2 records (Employee Detail Record(EDR) and Salary Control Record(SCR) • Request for refund file (RFR)  Responsible for all Health Insurance in group of Companies.
