We are all focust in customer service the customer is our VIP thats why give a full attention to them. Were always have a training on how to entertain different nationalities on how to communicate to them. We always greet snd give special attention to them. Being a sales our goals is to achieve our monthly target thats why we always entertain our customer so that our customer feels that we are always there to help them. Also we are focust in our merchandising because evry new collection has always a new set up thats why we always train on how to put inthe proper places. Being a sales associate we always ensure that we achieve our goal everyday. We always have a positive thinker. We ensure that our items isi in good quality and all the customer that entering our store we buy even though it is one piece only the important is to buyt them. Our company give us special benefits we always have an incentive everytime we achieve our target. We always have an increment every year. And every time we have merchandising our excess time pay us our overtime. Our company is good but I want to try something diffferent thats why Im here Im looking for a new Job to explore and experience something new. I know that my experience in my company I can also use that when Im appling other Job. Because our company train in customer servive so that what ever Job I will applyi it will become related to them and easily communicate in different nationalities.
