    Job ObjectiveTo analyze, design and develop complex applications as well as support and maintain existing applications. Support the Oracle ERP application (all modules) by developing or modifying new/existing functionalities and reports as per user requirements. To design and assist in developing system specifications and test the system against the specifications / business scenarios provided. To coordinate between medium size of system analysts team.Key Roles & Responsibilities•Develop and integrate applications as per documented specifications, translates technical requirements and design documentation into application code and modules, develops software using disciplined software development processes, adherence to industry standards and software development best practices•Conducts Requirements gathering and systems analysis and design for complex applications, prepares detailed program specifications for high complexity applications from which programs will be designed, coded, configured, developed, tested, and debugged, follows program specifications to design, install, code, document, configure, develop, test, debug, plan and execute implementation of applications•Serve as a technical expert in the design and development of custom software applications, testing and debugging of new software, or complex enhancements to existing software, and evaluating and resolving software problems. Works directly with application users to resolve software-related complaints and suggestions for software modifications or enhancements. Participates in the development of software user manuals and assists in training•Ability to analyse the behaviour of code to diagnose faults and determine the underlying cause. Ability to effectively use modern Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) and an understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. Ability to revise existing code without impacting its functional behaviour•Handle all the technical developments arising due to errors / bugs / enhancements in Oracle ERP system•Closely interact with the functional team to understand the issues reported by the business, provide expertise from a technical standpoint and deliver solutions that meets the quality and standards followed by The company•Designs technical solution for the Oracle ERP Applications for new projects, enhancement project, bug-fixing and updates•Design customizations to fully meet client expectations with respect to technical scope•Maintains all the documents related to technical work by the technical team•Follow the change control and incident management processes in operational areas and use the relevant systems to execute these processes•Support domain manager on prioritization of change requests•Act as escalation point regarding solution issues•Compliance to all Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality policies, Manuals, Procedures, Laws, Regulations and Standards •Comply and cooperate with Milaha Health & Safety, Security, Environment and Quality consultations, training and initiatives•Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

    Job Objective: To analyze and validate the business requirements for the specific application. To develop system specifications and test the system against the specifications / business scenarios provided. To coordinate the development effort for small to medium size projects / change requests. Key Roles & Responsibilities•Application configuration/setup for Oracle Applications (Inventory, Purchasing, GL, AP, AR, OM etc. modules) and custom extensions in the various instances of the release cycle. •Handling tickets and application support to the end users. Analyze and resolving the tickets promptly. •Work with business and Solution Architects to identify suitable options and review these to identify the most suitable solutions. •Gather, document and maintain the necessary information to enable the project team (business and IT staff) to undertake the project and deliver successfully.•Document proposed changes to the requirements and solution to enable impact analysis and revised business case, specifications, budgets, timescales and plans to be prepared and authorized. •Develop the processes necessary to efficiently operate the proposed solution including user guides, manuals, training materials and implementation and data conversion aids.•Setup document management (version control and Incremental setup BR – 100), functional specification (MD – 50) for customizations. •Liaise with Oracle Support /SI to raise the service requests, follow ups until the resolution. •Work with business and IT staff to enable thorough testing and successful implementation of the solution•Demonstrate application functionality , solicit feedback and ensure that project sponsor requirements are met•Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
