From its humble beginnings on Broad Street in New Orleans to its current position as the world's largest fine dining company, Ruth's Chris Steak House has come a long way in its first five decades. In 2015, the brand will celebrate its 50th anniversary. The anniversary is considered a celebration of the life of a woman who broke the mold - its founder, Ruth Fertel. Ruth's Chris Steak House officially opened the doors in the UAE in January 2009, taking up residency in the H Hotel (formally The Monarch). In May 2012 Ruth’s Chris Steak House opened its second outlet at The Address Dubai Marina and relocated all operations there from July 2013, offering unsurpassed levels of service as the World Class Ruth’s Chris culinary standards.
