    National Air services (NAS) is a Riyadh based holding company that provides, through its subsidiaries and its divisions, Private and commercial air transportation services.
    NAS` subsidiaries include NAS Air, Which is Saudi Arabia`s first smart concept carrier and follows the smart Airline principal that offers scheduled passenger transportation services. Other subsidiaries are NetJets Middle East program and operation special projects management ( OSPM ), these divisions of NAS provide charter private jet air transportation using fractional aircraft ownership, leasing programs and management contracts. The newest subsidiary, NAS TECH which aims to be a reputable leading technical organization in the Middle East that provides technical - services to ( VIP & Airlines) Aircraft.


    1. To provide statistical and various other back office support for Country Directors/ Regional Sales Managers  2. Prepare sales projects time lines and follow ups. 3. Follow up tasks for country managers related to other departments in flynas at Flynas HQ. 4. Be responsible for dissemination and distribution of information. 5. Be first line custodian of Business Intelligence Tool (Accelya E-Smash) 6. Generate from E-Smash various periodic reports and disseminate to country directors and other departments 7. Coordinate new agent activations with country manager, PSAs/GSAs and distribution department. 8. Produce correspondence and presentations relating to corporate and trade activity. 9. Organize sales team meetings.  10. To prepare various customized reports, commercial contracts to support Country manager/sales manager functions 11. Generate agreements for GSA/PSA/Franchise or any other distribution channels. 12. Assist is sales training for staff, GSA/PSA & other distribution channels covering the reservations system flynas ethos, products and services; booking process & terms & conditions. 13. Assists in identifying, organizing & participating in sales promotions. 14. Assists in handling rebate requests from other airlines 15. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager or other authorities within the management

    Required Qualifications: University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, MIS or equivalent   Required Experience: At least 3 years’ experience of commercial Project management and personal time management skills, ensuring that work is produced to agreed deadlines and standards; Fluent English both written and spoken with enhanced business proficiency Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial acumen Experienced Commercial contract administrator
