Participating Projects Includes ~GASCO U.A.E. ~ ADCO U.A.E. ~ KOC KUWAIT ~SAUDI ARAMCO ~ SONATRACH ALGERIA ~Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) HR Assistant Duties:  Assisted with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.  Provided administrative support to Human Resources executives.  Compiled and maintained updated employee records (hard and soft copies filing system)  Maintained attendance and leave records of all employees according to the company standard.  Handled claims for the health insurance of the employees.  Assisted in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)  Assisted HR manager with the hiring process, including submitting job postings online and scheduling candidate interviews.  Prepared documents for visa processing (UAE and Abroad)  JAFZA PRO- Public Relation Officer of the company beginning in January 2017. Travel and Event Coordinator Duties:  Assisted with domestic and international event planning arrangements.  Prepared daily itinerary travel including hotel and car rental booking for business and staff vacation, makes sure to find the optimum rates and is cautiously aware of the fare rules.  Arranged hotel and flight bookings for our staff and clients in UAE and outside the country.  Arranged and booked Gulf Technical & Safety Training Centre H2S course training for technicians as required on the project. Administrative Duties:  Typed and organized all correspondence, memos, letters, and employees contracts.  Processed documentation and prepared reports relating to personnel activities including training, complaints, meetings, performance evaluations and handling of CNIA Passes ID and Letter of Assistance (LOA) Agreement.  Handled purchase order of office supplies, courier shipment, and documents required for the shipment.  Prepared reports using Power Point  Performed other administrative work as required
