Salary: SAR 4,075 per month + 25% accommodation allowance SAR 1,018 + Transport Allowance SAR 407 = Total SAR 5,500 + commission based on sales targets
On target earnings over SAR 10,000 per month
Job Summary: You are responsible for all new member sales in the club. Along with our Customer Experience Executives, you are the face of NuYu. The role is essential in ensuring that we, as a business, deliver our vision of getting the women of Saudi active, and keeping them active and reach our financial targets.

We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to join the NuYu management team and support our ambitious growth plans, as we roll out across Saudi Arabia. The Head office is in Riyadh. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will be accountable for the Membership and Secondary and renewal sales performance at all NuYu centres. This is an exciting new role in the business and the successful candidate will have a key role in future growth, from developing the sales strategy for the business (both individual and corporate members) to coaching and training Club Managers their sales teams through the implementation of sales and referrals plans to lead and drive new membership sales. 100% sales and renewals targets are hit year on year by proactively delivering marketing plans. The Sales Manager will live and breathe the outstanding delivery of the NuYu member journey and will coach and mentor the team to exceed or achieve the customer service excellence and income objectives, whilst proactively engaging both members and the team to be part of a happy and active NuYu community. This role will work closely with the English CEO, CFO and Operations Manager.
