    1. Consolidate the forecast plan(s) of raw materials, spare, consumables, service and monitor the stock levels of critical items to maximize the business efficiency.2. Review the performance evaluation of the vendor on Quality, cost, delivery and other parameters of the contract and then make a procurement plan. Also conduct research to ascertain the best suppliers.3. To ensure Purchase Requisition(s) are converted into purchase orders within reasonable time as per the nature of the request – emergency, urgent and normal for supplies of spare parts, equipment and technical services.4. Demand forecast for products and services to meet the business needs and to keep constant check on the stock levels to maximize the business efficiency.5. Select proposals, bids, quotations, comparative statements and technical drawings using fine techno – commercial and analytical skills.6. Forecast price trends; analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.7. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials. 8. Organize, plan, and prioritize work to accomplish the assigned Procurement work.9. Ensure the vendors are aware of the Company’s Business Objectives.10. To manage the Supply contracts and implement the Purchasing Policy. Policy to ensure right material, at right time, of right quality and right price and also ensure satisfactory job completion of a service order.11. Identify the potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, and build and maintain good relationships with them.12. Monitor the contracts - checking the quality of service provided. 13. To see that we get favorable payment options in all the material and service contracts, whereby Advance Payment is avoided and credit period is maximized. 14. Resolve conflicts within the team members and the vendors, handling complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances. 15. To review technically all the shipping documents of imported materials and ensure compliance for material clearance as per the rules and regulations of the Saudi Port Customs Authorities.16. For all imports by sea, to get 21 days free time at all the ports of Saudi Arabia to avoid any demurrage.17. To monitor continuously the approval of the Ministry for the inclusion in the customs Duty Exemption list, all those material which are imported regularly.18. To perform any other related job assigned.
