    The Olayan Group has been involved in food services in Saudi Arabia and the Arab Middle East since the early 1990's, when Olayan Financing Company acquired the Burger King franchise for Saudi Arabia and became the master franchisee for the wider region. In 2008-2009, Olayan expanded its food services to include Texas Chicken brand in UAE , Egypt and Oman.

    Olayan opened its first Burger King restaurant in Riyadh in December 1992. Today, there are more than 250 Burger King outlets in the region. Olayan Food Services Co. (OFS) operates the Saudi franchise.

    First Food Services (FFS), operates in the UAE, Egypt and Oman. The Burger King master franchise for the region is held by Olayan subsidiary HANA International Co. Ltd.

    Olayan is the Texas Chicken master franchisee for Oman, Bahrain and Qatar and the franchise operator for the UAE and Egypt.

    The new partnerships with BK and Texas Chicken demonstrate Olayan's commitment to provide Middle Eastern consumers with more high-quality options in the convenience food sector.

    Another major international brand was added in 2012 when an agreement was signed with Buffalo Wild Wings to open restaurants in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and the wider Gulf region. The first restaurant will open in the first quarter of 2015.

    • Review architecture design and coordinates with the consultants/contractors for the new projects.• Prepares Bill of Quantity and review variation order new projects.• Conduct inspections during construction to ensure the quality of work and if the contractor executes the work as per the industry standard.• Review materials submittals for new projects.• Ensuring progress of the site works based on the milestone of the project.• Checking of and identifying all requirements for Testing and Commissioning of works

    • Managing, supervising, and coordinating the activities of call center agents in providing telephone customer related services• Liaising with team leaders, supervisors, third parties, and operatives to collect the information and resolving issues• Planning and supervising changes and managing the daily operations of call centre• Monitoring random inbound calls to improve the quality, minimizing errors and tracking operative performance• Setting up and meeting performance goals and targets for speed, sales, efficiency, and quality• Maintaining current knowledge of industry new developments, productions, and involvement in network communication• Recording statistics, performance levels and user rates of the call centre and preparing the reports• Planning and developing employee recruitment, including posting vacancy ads and liaising with other departments for proceedings• Motivating, coaching, and retaining staff as well as creating and coordinating reward, bonus, and incentive schemes• Handling the most complicated customer inquiries or complaints• Forecasting and analyzing information against budget statistics on a weekly or monthly basis• Reviewing the staff’s performance, determining training needs and scheduling training sessions
