Located in the beautiful Sultanate of Oman Telecommunications Company (Omantel) has a workforce of 1,800 members. We offer a wide range of Telecommunications services which include Fixed Line, Internet, High Speed Data, Smart Payphone servics and other value added services. After successfully making the transition from a government body to a monopoy telecommunications company, Omantel is now preparing to meet the challenges of a competitive market. We are working towards building a strong people-focused organisation that strives to constantly improve. Significant improvements have already been made in our organization structure, methods of operations, expectations of staff performance, and systems and technology. The selected individual will be based in Muscat, leading a team of over 400 professionals in the Marketing, Sales and Customer service function of the business. This Executive will need to have the ability to develop and implement Marketing, Sales and Customer Service strategies that will result in the right mix of competitive services to best meet customer demands and achieve Omantel's objectives.
