PMD is in the business of sponsoring, development and ownership of private sector industrial projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the region. We are operators in oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industry. Our business includes industrial projects development, ownership of petrochemicals, chemical projects. We also look at inorganic growth on opportunity basis globally to support expansion and diversification of our business, mergers and acquisitions form key to such growth. The project development to us starts with conceptualizing business ideas to a feasible project concept and developing the concept further to a successful and sustainable business. Upon development of a project we hold equity ownership in the project company and support project execution, financing, setting up the management and operations of the project company.
