About Your Job:
You will be responsible to control the day to day running of Service Delivery department. Accountable for the management of the department in relation to cost control, resource planning, operational change management and reporting of KPI's and ensuring that the department remains completely compliant with the SLA's. Also, accountable for all performance and improvement initiative and implementation. To coordinates with other departments to ensure all flight despatched and loaded on time. Ensures all vehicles are kept in service, minimising the impact to the operations and service to the customer.
Develop, implement and conduct training programs in conjunction with QACC managers. Organizes the implementation of management instructions including customer service, aircraft catering delivery and handling, food safety, HACCP, quality control and Health and Safety. Ensure that the loading and ramp safety procedures in dispatch and ramp are followed as per the laid down policy of the airlines.
You will also be responsible to organizes and monitors that despatching, loading, offloading, hand over and sign off processes for all catering orders on time and according to customer schedule, specifications and standards.
To be considered in this role you must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
You must be an expert in this field with a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience.
Excellent English, computer and planning skills are essential requirements of this job. A candidate with Flight catering operations (Despatch, Ramp and Transport management) experience will be preferred.
