    About The Job:
    As an Online Customer Support Agent; you will be delivering a five-star Customer Service to Qatar Airways customers through Social Media platforms (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, etc.). You will also be responsible for monitoring the social media posts directed at (or about) Qatar Airways from customers or the general public by using a bespoke Social Media Customer Care platform.

    Your main responsibilities are: * Acting as a product knowledge expert to the general public for general inquiries about Qatar Airways product & services. * Reviewing the received posts and discussions, identify consumer intent to then directly respond or refer posts to the suitable internal business units. * Assist in the implementation of new products. * Monitor and engage in live social conversations about our brands across all social media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. to elevate and protect brand reputation.  
    About You:
    To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 1 year of job related experience. Experience in an airline industry and customer service background is preferred. You will have excellent knowledge of written  Arabic and English language.

    About Your Job: You will be responsible for the implementation and maintaining safety standards, operating procedures and safety programs across QACC through the provision of advice, assistance and influence to all staff. Deliver Safety, health and environmental training to aid the development and improvement of the QACC safety culture. Carry out risk assessments and ensure the application of controls are applied and maintained in practice. Provide advice, assistance and influence to all staff in QACC to raise the standard of safety in QACC. You will required to conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and audits of all QACC installations and operational areas. Respond to accidents and safety incidents involving QACC employees, customers, property and equipment investigating and collating the evidence available. Providing detailed written reports. Input QACC safety incidents onto Group safety management system (AQD). To maintain regular communication with Airport and Qatar Airways safety teams ensuring QACC is compliant with airport and Qatar Airways regulations and safety requirements.   About You: To be successful in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. NEBOSH Diploma in Health and Safety or international equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this role.  You should be a Specialist with minimum 5 years of job related experience. You must have a strong knowledge of international Occupational Health and Safety Legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice. You must have strong interpersonal and investigative skills, and conflict resolution abilities with a strong command for details.   Fluency in both spoken and written English and capable of writing clear factual reports to a very high standard is required. You must possess a critical and analytic mind with a view to standardize procedures attributed to safety of operations.
