    Established in 1976, Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) is a leading food manufacturer, seller and distributor based in Saudi Arabia with operations across the Middle East. The company is a market leader in Saudi Arabia in UHT Milk, Tomato Paste and Ice Cream marketing its core products under its flagship brand "Saudia", a name associated with “Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company”.

    After the company’s formative years of joint ventures and mergers between GCC and international businessmen and businesses, SADAFCO ownership has been transferred to GCC interests and in 2005 SADAFCO became a public-listed company in Saudi Arabia.

    SADAFCO factories currently produce more than 30 million cases of product per annum, its long-distance transportation trucks travel 12 million kilometers each year delivering product to depots across the GCC and over 400 sales routes are operated throughout the region to distribute the company’s products to more than 25 000 customers.

    SADAFCO’s manufacturing facilities are located in Jeddah (two factories) and Dammam.

    SADAFCO has an established sales and distribution network of 19 depots in Saudi Arabia, one in Qatar, one in Bahrain and one in Jordan providing the company with wide sales penetration. In addition, the company accesses Kuwait and the U.A.E. through external distributors/agents.

    SADAFCO is committed to ensuring high standards of quality in its production processes and has received International Standards Organization (ISO) certification in relation to its Jeddah plants.

    The company’s product portfolio comprises approximately 85 items across a range of categories including UHT Milk, Tomato Paste, Ice Cream, Cheese, Instant Milk Powder, Breakfast Cream, Fruit Nectars, Butter and French Fries.

    Purpose of the job Promote and sell to existing and new customers all varieties of products and act as liaison between customer and relevant departments within the company, in order to sell and deliver and achieve the sales target. Key Accountabilities 1. Sales Continually develop a van sales/delivery route, starting with existing customers with ongoing acquisition of new customers, in order to sell and deliver Sadafco’s products. Follow pre-determined journey plan taking maximum advantage of any opportunity to increase sales of Sadafco products in line with company policies. 2. Product Display Present and display products as per merchandising policy, in order to increase the shelf share in the market and display products correctly and to ensure availability of products. 3. Invoicing & Collection Deliver the invoices to customers and collect the money as per the created invoices, and maintain customer’s credit balance according to the credit policy. 4. Appearance Ensure that the vehicle is clean and tidy inside and outside as well as individual uniform, in order to present the company professionally and be recognized by customers. 5. Sales Performance and target Expand current customer database, make follow up calls to customers as per company policy, and sell product SKU’s as per the assigned customer/route, in order to improve sales performance and achieve the target. 6. Stock Management Monitor required stock levels in order to provide necessary volume to customers while not exceeding company policy on daily carry-over of stock. On receipt of loaded products review and sign for same, on return from market reconcile load with storekeeper as per company policy. 7. Sales Administration Prepare and administer daily sales reports, collected money, and advise any procedural concerns, to ensure all sales related administration is completed correctly and on time. 8. Assets / Point of Sale material Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of all company assets (chillers/freezers) and point of sale material to a high standard in accordance with company policy. 9. SEBA Complete daily SEBA endorsement session with supervisor to discuss daily activity and identify opportunities for market improvement. Review pre-determined KPI’s on a weekly basis. • Educational level: School Certificate / University • Minimal experience: 2-5 Years in sales • Languages: English, Hindi, Arabic, Urdu. • For both Saudis & non-Saudis ( local & Transferable visa) • Gender: Male

    Looking for a bilingual Graduate with a min of 10 years experience in classroom and outdoor training in spoken English and Arabic to non-native speakers and starters. Should have the ability to develop content as per need and deliver. Should have a proven track record of hadling corporate batches. Willingness to travel is a must.
