Achieve monthly Sales objectives in terms of volume/ market share, net sales and contribution margin under consideration of the allocated expenses and marketing budget. Direct customer account management by ensuring proper support for existing accounts in responsible individual branch. Monitor and ensure support process. e.g. Credit management and customer aging. Conduct weekly meeting and motivation trainings. Initiate and support product performance monitoring co-ordination with customers and resolving the major issues. Participate in special projects like TU + ( Territory University Plus , Winning a Customer etc ) Responsible for collecting the payments on time to see the growth of the company. Submit a reliable weekly forecast planning for accurate market demand planning and overall success tracking .
