TUSDEER is a Limited Liability Company registered in Saudi Arabia. It is owned jointly by SISCO.
It was constructed under a 40 year BOT agreement in 1999 to reclaim, operate and transfer the first Bonded and Re-export Zone (BRZ) in Jeddah and the Kingdom. The development was done over almost a million square meters of land costing over SR 200 million to better serve the warehousing and logistical needs of international merchants as well as local businesses.
TUSDEER is the kingdom’s first Bonded and Re-export Zone. We are strategically located within the Jeddah Islamic Port – the largest port in the Kingdom dealing with as much as 70% of the national logistics traffic. Our strategic location, coupled with our efficient manpower and economic services, enable us to serve as the distributional hub of your choice to European, Middle Eastern, as well as African markets .
