    • Finalize all duties and tasks related to Payroll. • Create new files for new employees and make sure that all documents exist. • Follow up with Chip team and IT Department for all punching machines. • Execute and monitor daily requirements from branches. • Monitor daily attendance of the Head Office and track the Annual Leaves. • Prepare all needed legal and internal reports. • Insert data of all new employees on Visual Dolphin (payroll) and Chip (Time Management). • Prepare monthly reports of staff cost. Ensure accurate delivery of payroll to the company’s workforce. • Liaise with Accounting Department for the salaries Journal Entries. • Analyze wage and salary report. • Coordinate with external Lawyer to issue the renewals of all the NSSF clearance and other legal issues.
