    Role Purpose: The training coordinator / admin in the planning and execution of training programs, performance management programs or other initiatives handled by the training & development unit. This position conducts needs assessments, arranges training delivery and assist in the development of measurement instruments for delivered training programs.   Responsibilities: Conducts training need analysis to ensure conformity with mission training objectives and develops training plans as needed. Prepares plans for training programs delivery with timelines. Coordinates related forms and document preparation from support staff. Conducts performance based measurement assessments for objective evaluation of delivered training programs. Prepares training status reports. Conducts inductions to new employees and evaluates the induction materials regularly Remains current on developments in training and instructional methodologies
