    With a striking vision and great ambitions, we were founded in 2007 as an environmental management company headquartered in Sharjah, to catapult the emirate into becoming the Environmental Capital of the Middle East and making Sharjah the first Arab city to reach Zero-Waste to Landfill by diverting 100% of its waste through recycling and conversion.

    Since then, Bee’ah has grown from a handful of passionate individuals into a business driven by the passion of over 3,500 people working day and night to make a real change in the region.     Role Purpose: The training coordinator / admin in the planning and execution of training programs, performance management programs or other initiatives handled by the training & development unit. This position conducts needs assessments, arranges training delivery and assist in the development of measurement instruments for delivered training programs.   Responsibilities: Conducts training need analysis to ensure conformity with mission training objectives and develops training plans as needed. Prepares plans for training programs delivery with timelines. Coordinates related forms and document preparation from support staff. Conducts performance based measurement assessments for objective evaluation of delivered training programs. Prepares training status reports. Conducts inductions to new employees and evaluates the induction materials regularly Remains current on developments in training and instructional methodologies
