Siraj Capital Ltd (“Siraj”), founded in 2005 by Dr. Ghassan AlSulaiman (Chairman) and Mr. Ibrahim Mardam-Bey (Chief Executive Officer), is an investment holding company registered in Jersey (Channel Islands, UK).
