Pembinaan SPK Sdn Bhd (“PSPK”) forefronts the construction division of Sharikat Permodalan Kebangsaan Berhad (“SPK”). SPK is a 100% Malaysian Bumiputra public company that was incorporated in 1961. The PSPK Group or SPK’s construction division carries out its construction businesses through several subsidiary companies, including PSPK itself, IASB Construction Sdn Bhd, etc. SPK has completed the listing of the construction division through a reorganization exercise and the injection of this division into SPK-Sentosa Corporation Berhad on 15 July 2003. The PSPK Group focuses on complex construction contracts with high engineering content and provides the full range of construction works, i.e. Total Construction Solution, e.g. design and build, etc. The PSPK Group has, amongst others, PKK Class A licence, CIDB Grade 7 licence and ISO9001:2000 certification. The Group has the expertise, track record, experience, a strong, competent and efficient core team and the financial capability to undertake construction projects of any size, complexity and amount, and from various sub-sectors of the construction and infrastructure industry, including high rise and special purpose buildings, hospitals, marine dredging, roads and bridges and engineering works. The Group has more than ten (10) years of experience in the construction business and has successfully completed projects worth more than RM2.0 billion. The Group has a strong track record of completing projects on schedule and with high quality.
